Working alongside various multi-disciplinary teams, I bring a passion for sports injury massage and a strong interest in sleep science and recovery. My background as a clinical measurements technician in sleep science, combined with training as a remedial massage therapist, equips me with a unique skill set for this role. I am dedicated to exploring every opportunity to support and enhance client recovery at any and each stage of injury.
Favourite Conditions to Treat:
Anything, as long as it’s within my scope of practice!
What are you happiest doing when you’re not working?
When I have free time, I’d love to spend it on the slopes, experiencing new things solo or with loved ones, perhaps even making a Piña colada or two.
What would be your personal motto?
“If we don’t know what we are doing, the enemy certainly can’t anticipate our future actions.” – Colonel Goodhead
Your most-outstanding achievement:
My first day snowboarding: turns out I’m “Goofy” but I didn’t get quite understand the memo… With my board mounted backward, I had to switch stance over and over just to make it down the mountain alive —only one concussion later!
