Jess is an Australian physiotherapist who graduated from the University of Notre Dame in Western Australia in 2022. She has since built strong experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, working in private practice and supporting a wide range of clients with their movement and rehabilitation goals. With a background of eight years working with sporting teams, this sparked her interest and reinforced her passion for helping people move well and led to her completing a 500-hour Clinical Pilates qualification. Jess enjoys helping people feel their best through a mix of hands-on treatment and tailored exercise. This blend of knowledge from physiotherapy, years of sporting experience, and movement-based rehab makes Jess perfectly placed to help you return to skiing after injury, recover from a hard day on the slopes, or relieve aches and tension. She can help you regain strength, mobility, and confidence so you can fully enjoy the snow while in Japan! Outside of work, Jess loves travel, snowboarding, and discovering new experiences – which is what has brought her to Japan!

Who is someone you admire and why?
Jake Robinson, a friend who passed away a few years ago. He lived life fully, took risks, and encouraged the people around him to do the same. His positivity, generosity, and warmth motivate me to step out of my comfort zone and chase a life that makes me happy
Your most-outstanding achievement:
Taking opportunities that scared me – like completing my Physio degree, running a marathon, solo traveling, and now moving and working abroad. I’ve found the most rewarding experiences happen just outside my comfort zone.
